By accessing or using SharedProcure, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these at any time.

Use of the Platform

You may use SharedProcure to:

• 1)   Send RFQs and receive vendor quotations.
• 2)   Manage vendor details and procurement data.
• 3)   View, compare, and finalize procurement decisions.

Misuse of the platform (e.g., spamming, false data entry, unauthorized access) is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, platform design, and code are owned by SharedProcure and protected under Indian law. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Links & Services

SharedProcure may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Use them at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

SharedProcure is not liable for:

• 1)   Procurement decisions made using the platform.
• 2)   Loss of data due to user error or third-party integrations.
• 3)   Any indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account will be considered as authorized by you.

Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to users who violate our terms or attempt unauthorized activities. Legal action may be pursued for serious breaches.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in [Pune, Maharashtra]. All disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in this region.
